submitted by Ji C. - |Recommended: YesGood housing for family. — House and neighborhood is great. Little bit of issues especially in the bathroom. Carpet needed cleaning again. Besides minor details it's good option to take on post housing. One huge complaint is their amenity of laundry is non existent. Been a month and laundry equipment still not repaired in both community center.

submitted by Jessica B. - |Recommended: YesIt’s okay — Most all the families have two vehicles and there isn’t enough space to park unless we park in the VISITOR parking across the road. The area gets messy because trash people don’t pick up all the trash and the people mowing don’t stop to pick up trash before running it over and making an even bigger mess. But other than that there’s nothing I hate about here. Just wished people would care a little more about doing their jobs

submitted by Aaron W. - |Recommended: YesHard to fully review — It's hard to leave a fully good review. The staff and rental process was easier than most other bases we've been to. The house we received was in poor condition. On first glance it was ok but when you looked closer it had definitely been abused and was very grimy, the front flowerbed was entirely overgrown in vines that were attached to the house and the walls were poorly patched. It's nothing that cannot be addressed but it's frustrating to drive across the continent from Alaska to a rental that I have to either fix, clean or arrange to have fixed.

submitted by Luis Q. - |Recommended: YesOur home — This is our first time living on base since we’ve been married. We were please with the communication with the housing office before we PCS here. The only thing we don’t like is the lawn contractors. They come to mow it looks like they never touched the grass sometimes or they tear up the yard with tire marks leaving bald spots. But since then we’ve gotten the no mow signs from self help and have been taking care of it how we like. But overall we enjoy our new home and our neighbors.
